-Of the 3 out of 10 people who have written their Will, 52% are out of date
-Much, Much less have written their Powers of Attorney
-According to the Law Society, 35 per cent of people in England and Wales over 65 have no Will; only half of those from 45-65 have one, and less than 13 per cent of those under 45 have Wills.
