1. Can I work flexible hours?

Yes of course you can! You choose your working hours to suit you. For example if you have a young family you may consider working more in term time and not very much at all in school holidays. So long as the agreed levels of work are achieved by the year all parties are happy.

2. I just wondered whether it commission only or do you earn a set wage plus comission?

 The Will Partnership operates on profit share basis although we can offer financial support offset against future results giving financial stability but this is a self employed position where ultimately results matter.

3. Does the role consist of cold calling on potential clients or will all appointments be pre-arranged.

In our system we are introduced to every client we meet so no cold calling, every meeting is pre arranged with the client is expecting you. 

4. Will I be given my own area to operate in or will I be expected to travel fair distances on assignments?

Ideally clients should be no more than 30 minutes or 25 miles away from your home
