About Us

The deregulation of Will Writing in 1989 meant professionals other than solicitors could draft such documents. Solicitors were the main providers of Will(s) up to that point but generally they only offered a passive service (waiting for people to contact them who knew already why they needed a Will) and still do in essence even today.

Starting in 1992 and using all the technology available at the time we grew to be one of the most successful providers of Wills in the East Midlands.

In 2004 we reviewed our whole business and the market, after all back in 1992 no one really used email, not everyone used mobile phones, text was something you would find in a book and the internet was really still a concept. We concluded that the internet together with other technology such as laptops, mobile communications, VOIP, if correctly harnessed could enable us to become a national company offering clients a superior service.

The next four years were spent improving our already successful proven business system, modernising and improving all areas, introducing websites and establishing a career opportunity which, for the right person, will be hard to better anywhere in the U.K. today.

We pledge:

1. Never to offer to form a partnership with any individual unless we are totally and utterly convinced that the opportunity is right for them and us.
2. Offer the very best training, development, and support so that even if a person has little or no experience of our product or services and no experience of running their own business they will be able to thrive and prosper in our environment provided they have the necessary qualities and character required.

We have been helping clients to arrange their affairs since 1992 and have many thousands of satisfied clients who have the peace of mind knowing that should the unexpected happen that their family is as well prepared as they possibly could be.
